Full job description

Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Office Administrator Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations. Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
  • Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Salary: Rs35,000.00 – Rs58,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 per week
