Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at ARCLINK Developers. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our commercial projects. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our commercial projects to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Sales Consultant, preferably within the real estate or commercial development industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
